Climate change is a man-made phenomenon. According to the analysis of 11 944 scientific papers (written by 29 083 authors and published in 1980 journals) there is a consensus on anthropogenic global warming. An overwhelming percentage – 97.2% based on self-ratings, 97.1% based on abstract ratings – endorses the scientific consensus on anthropogenic global warming.

Global warming is real and is caused by human activity, primarily the burning of fossil fuels that pump carbon dioxide (CO2), methane and other greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.
